Indications:

• Tumor within the sinonasal cavity

Highlights:

• Tumor is debulked and margins are defined
• Perimeter of normal tissue to ensure clear margins

Keep in Mind/Things to Remember:

• Hemangiopericytoma of the sinonasal cavity, although considered a malignancy, has a low propensity for regional or distant metastasis.
• Although of vascular origin, preoperative embolization is usually not required.
