Highlights:

  • Uncinate incised just posterior to maxillary line (attachment point of uncinate to lateral nasal wall)

 

Keep in Mind:

  • Maxillary ostia should be visible after removing inferior aspect of uncinate process
  • Maxillary ostia may be enlarged at discretion of surgeon
