  • Tumor localized to the sinonasal tract
  • Papilloma with inverted features on histopathology

 

Highlights:

  • Tumor debulked to identify site of attachment
  • Clear tumor margins verified by frozen section
  • Underlying bone/cartilage may need to be removed to obtain deep margins

 

Keep in Mind:

  • Most common site of attachment is lateral nasal wall
  • Endoscopic follow-up important to evaluate for recurrence
